The Soluzione Solare PT100 (Temmeter) temperature probe is a precise temperature sensor based on a Class A PT100 platinum thermal resistor. It is used to measure the photovoltaic module temperature — a key element in evaluating PV installation performance. The sensor is adhered to the panel backsheet (near a non-peripheral cell) and works with the Sunmeter device, to which it must be connected within a distance of up to 1.2 m.
