Jinko Solar JKM500N-54HL4M-BDV is a 500 Wp bifacial photovoltaic panel from the Tiger Neo family, built with monocrystalline N-type cells in TOPCon (HOT 3.0) technology. The dual glass structure (2 × 2.0 mm) and bifacial cells allow extracting additional energy from the light reaching the rear side of the module, significantly reducing the levelized cost of energy (LCOE). The N-type technology ensures lower LID/LeTID degradation, better performance under low light conditions, and Anti-PID protection. The module achieves an efficiency of 22.48%.
