The DC combiner box IP66 HAGER with a CITEL 1500V type 1+2 surge arrester supports up to 16 PV strings at a maximum continuous operating voltage UCPV of 1500 V. The 40 kg device is equipped with 32-fold 20A gPV overcurrent protection and panel-mounted MC4 Stäubli connectors.
The ready-to-install PV combiner box provides adequate photovoltaic protection on the DC side for large-scale installations. The device with a type 1+2 surge arrester is enclosed in a housing with an IP66 protection rating, guaranteeing high resistance to external factors. The components allow the connection of 16 PV string inputs and 16 outputs thanks to built-in panel connectors. A wide operating temperature range from -40 to 80 °C allows for safe operation in diverse environmental conditions.
