The DC combiner box is designed to protect installations against the effects of power surges. The factory-assembled 2-string PV combiner box is equipped with high-class type 1+2 surge arresters and panel-mounted MC4 Stäubli connectors. Thanks to the solid enclosure, the internal components are protected against the harmful effects of weather conditions, allowing for safe outdoor operation. The current carrying capacity of 25 A allows it to work with high-efficiency modules.
