The KENO DC/AC connection switchgear with a surge arrester is a three-phase solution supporting a maximum continuous operating voltage UCPV of 1170 V DC. The device offers IP65 protection, Stäubli MC4 panel receptacles, and T1/T2 arresters on the DC and AC sides.
The multifunctional 1-string PV combiner box is the main protection on the DC and AC sides for three-phase power supply systems. The design allows the connection of a single string of panels while maintaining a maximum continuous operating voltage of 1170 V DC. The installed T1/T2 surge arresters guarantee the required level of safety against the effects of sudden surges. The entire unit is enclosed in a sealed housing, which enables continuous operation of the system in the temperature range from -25 to +60 ºC.
