The KENO brand connection box equipped with Noark components is a protection device designed for photovoltaic installations. The device is adapted to operate over a wide range of operating temperatures, from -25 to +60 ºC. A properly selected, pre-wired 2-string PV connection box facilitates and accelerates cable routing in both direct and alternating current circuits. The design incorporates a 100 mA residual current device (RCD) and surge arresters operating on both sides of the installation.

• The enclosure with IP65 protection rating and IK08 class effectively insulates components against dust ingress, moisture, and mechanical damage.
• The maximum continuous operating UCPV voltage of 1000 V allows for safe interaction with high-power module strings.
• A maximum discharge current Imax of 40 kA receives and neutralizes loads caused by sudden voltage surges.
• The 100 mA rated residual current further increases shock protection on the alternating current side.
