The KENO DCAC combiner box with surge protection Noark 1000V Type 2 is designed to handle a single PV string at a maximum continuous operating voltage of 1000 V. The device is equipped with a three-phase AC and DC surge protection device Type T2, a 15 A overcurrent protection, and a sealed IP65 UV-resistant enclosure.
The KENO 1-string PV combiner box is a protection module for photovoltaic installations on both the direct and alternating current sides. The design is based on Noark Type T2 surge protection devices for the DC and AC parts, adapted to operate in three-phase systems. The device is adapted to operate in a temperature range from -25 to +60 ºC, using MC4 Stäubli panel connectors. The entire unit is enclosed in a hermetic housing fully resistant to direct sunlight.
