The presented PV connection box is a device designed to provide reliable photovoltaic protection on the direct current side. The equipment supports 6 PV string inputs and 6 outputs, which allows for the safe connection of extensive circuits in solar installations. The applied T1 / T2 type surge arrester guarantees a voltage protection level maintained below 3.8 kV, protecting the system against lightning strikes and power surges. By being enclosed in an IP66 rated housing, the entire structure remains fully sealed and resistant to demanding external conditions over a wide temperature range.
