Connection switchgear with 1000V DC Citel type 2 surge protective device, 2x PV string, 2x MPPT

The presented 2-string PV switchgear is used to protect photovoltaic installations on the direct current side. The device has been equipped with a 1000V DC Citel type 2 surge protective device, which allows for the safe connection of two independent PV module strings. The components are enclosed in a housing with a high IP65 protection rating and additional IK08 impact resistance. The design with original MC4 Stäubli panel receptacles guarantees the tightness and stability of connections in temperatures from -25 to +60 ºC.
